The Grants Management Department oversees the legal and administrative compliance
for the grant giving activity of the clients of AdminGroup Zrt.
The Department was set up at the end of 1999 with the clear goal to assist
not-for profit clients in their grant management activities. It currently
operates with a staff of four and has an extensive non-profit background
that can be perfectly utilized in any phase of a grant giving cycle from
collecting proposals, through the preparation of the appropriate legal
documentation, till the closing and evaluation of projects.
As a true back-office, it greatly helps the administrative work of our clients,
facilitates communication between our clients and the various departments
within AdminGroup Zrt. and greatly increases legal compliance. The grants
department has invaluable experience gained by working with Hungarian and
foreign grants, and by handling projects supported by various donors.
