The Budget and Reporting Department handles all budgets and management reporting related issues.

This department looks after a wide range of tasks originated by our Domestic and International Clients, including
performing various internal controlling functions,
performing ad-hoc reviews,
preparation of annual budgets,
designing, preparing and distributing various management reports
monitoring spending on various projects, and
preparation of cash flow reports and other ad-hoc reports.
