Budgeting and Management Reports
|
I have more than 5 years experience in developing and reviewing management reports, using various tools such as SUN accounting system, Vision for XL, MS Access and Excel. At Adminconsult I am supervising and co-ordinating management information flows - including annual budget cycles - in an international network consisting of over 30 entities. I am also responsible to ensure compliance of selected internal policies and procedures.

Accounting and Audits
|
Assisting our foreign clients in their annual audits, I was involved in preparation of IAS and consolidated audit reports. At Adminconsult Rt, I am supervising the daily accounting of 3 foreign entities, I am also involved in special assignments such as cash management and forecasting.

Managerial
|
At AdminGroup Zrt., I am supervising the International Finance, Budget and Grants Departments, a staff of 8 in total. I am responsible for the strategic planning of the above departments and for the operation of the International Finance and Budget Departments.

Grants management
|
I was actively involved in the set up of Grants Department of Adminconsult Rt, creating the related policies and procedures. I also obtained practice in managing grants received from different donors, including CIDA and DFID.
